Job Summary: A professional to coordinate SAP teams and projects, manage vendors, drive digital transformation, and lead team development, ensuring strategic alignment. Key Highlights: 1. Automation and monitoring of SAP environments (RPA, AI Ops) Description: * Bachelor's degree completed (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields); * Proven experience in coordinating SAP teams and projects is desirable, preferably in the SAP RISE environment; * Fluent and/or advanced English; * SAP certifications and others will be considered a plus; * Experience in managing IT vendors and system governance processes; * Experience in automation and monitoring of SAP environments (RPA, AI Ops); * Experience with SAP BTP and SAC platforms. * Conduct demand-tracking meetings and provide operational and executive reports; * Develop execution plans, communication plans, and improvement/project tracking plans; * Motivate, guide, and supervise the organization's technical team and external vendors regarding mapping, structuring, and implementation of requirements; * Build productive relationships with business leaders and managers across all business areas to influence and demonstrate how technology products can enable new sources of value; * Lead Business Analyst teams, developing their skills and capabilities to meet organizational needs, while leveraging existing recruitment resources to address new needs and skill gaps. * Conduct regular internal customer satisfaction surveys for projects/products/services, publish results, and implement action plans to improve satisfaction when necessary; * Stay updated on methodologies and tools for digital transformation, process automation, and business intelligence to validate and evaluate available technologies, thereby enabling planning and presentation of new projects/solutions; * Deliver status, risk, and issue presentations and propose solutions to the Management Committee; * Manage people, teams, and stakeholders through communication plans, status reports, schedules, meetings, financial control, and related activities; * Support functional resources in designing business requirements and ensuring they are fulfilled during project execution; * Interact directly with sponsors, IT and business managers, consultants, key users (or process owners), and other project stakeholders. 2512180202551873055
