Administrative support and supplier communication A construction company seeks a Warehouse Assistant in Cachoeirinha (South Zone). RNI is a Brazilian company engaged in the development and commercialization of real estate projects. Focused on social housing, the company aims to provide affordable, high-quality solutions for its customers. **Responsibilities:** Provide counter service at the warehouse for material and parts distribution, based on requisition numbers, and record outgoing items in the company’s system. Perform cleaning and organization of the area to maintain the warehouse in optimal working condition. Supervise goods unloading and verify quantity, product condition, expiration dates, and packaging; supervise transportation to the warehouse using cranes, hydraulic jacks, hand carts, and forklifts according to cargo weight, or manual handling if required. Verify purchases against purchase orders in spreadsheets or computerized systems, checking specifications per purchase order, packaging condition, material quality, quantities or weights, payment deadlines, and cross-check values between invoices and banking documents. Sort goods by department, customer invoices, suppliers, and identify materials and equipment in designated storage locations. Report material consumption, minimum stock levels, procurement needs, and inventory discrepancies to immediate supervisor. Contact suppliers to align delivery schedules. Provide administrative support for construction site operations and process invoices for payments. Request return invoices and manage loading for equipment, material, and inter-company transportation returns. Comply with all procedures, work instructions, and technical specifications as described and approved. Store materials on shelves or as instructed by the manufacturer to preserve physical integrity and usability according to each material’s characteristics, facilitating location and handling. Perform job duties adhering to all organizational health and safety standards and use all provided PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as required. Report any activity posing risks to personal or colleagues’ health to immediate supervisor, including the right to halt any activity presenting serious and imminent accident risk. Perform job duties according to defined standards, company values, guidelines, and Quality Policy, following company-specific procedures, while safeguarding and maintaining confidentiality of company information.
