Job Summary: Professional responsible for cleaning common condominium areas, maintaining equipment, and controlling cleaning supplies. Key Highlights: 1. Cleaning of common areas (games room, gourmet area, gym, kids' area, office) 2. Proper use and maintenance of PPEs and control of cleaning products CITY: XANGRI\-LÁ Responsibilities: * Cleaning common condominium areas including games room, gourmet area, gym, kids' area, and office. * Proper use and maintenance of PPEs provided by the company; manage and suggest orders for cleaning supplies. Requirements: * Completed elementary education * Prior experience in general services is desirable. * Must have daily access to KM 25 on Estrada do Mar in Xangri\-Lá. Working Hours: * Sunday to Sunday (7:30 AM to 5:00 PM\), with one day off per week and one Sunday off per month. Salary and Benefits: * R$1\.980,00 \+ meal allowance (average of R$600.00 per month) \+ transportation assistance (R$150.00 per month) or commuter pass.
