Responsibilities and Duties: As a **Restaurant Waiter/Waitress** at the **FIT Group**, you will serve as the primary link between our customers and the **gastronomic experience** we offer. Your main responsibilities and duties include: **Customer Service and Sales** * **Greet customers** attentively, warmly, and energetically, ensuring a light and welcoming journey. * **Present the menu** confidently, clearly explaining dishes, combos, and daily specials. * **Accurately and promptly register orders** in the system. * **Operate the cash register**, when required, responsibly and with results-oriented focus. * **Suggest additional items** consultatively to increase the store’s average transaction value. **Organization and Store Support** * **Set up and prepare the dining area** before each shift: tables, utensils, beverages, and organized stations. * **Monitor expiration dates**, consumption levels, and restocking needs for dining-area items. * **Assist with organizing and cleaning** common areas throughout the workday. * **Accompany customers** throughout their entire journey, attending to details that enhance their experience. **Coordination with the Kitchen** * Maintain **active and effective communication** with the kitchen to ensure timely, standardized, and high-quality order delivery. * **Assist in picking up and delivering dishes**, contributing to smooth operational flow. * **Alert leadership** immediately regarding any inconsistencies or points of concern in order preparation. **Results and Experience** * Focus on achieving **sales targets** and delivering exceptional customer service. * **Monitor the dining area**, anticipate needs, and resolve issues promptly. * **Contribute to a well-aligned, efficient, and high-performing operation**. Additional Information: **Work Location:** FIT Group stores at Porto Alegre Airport **Salary:** R$1\.958,06 **Benefits:** Transportation allowance + on-site meal benefit + tips **Work Schedule:** 6 days on / 1 day off (1 weekly day off + 1 Sunday per month). **Available Shifts:** * **Night Shift:** 10:00 PM to 6:20 AM (subject to store operations) Compensation: R$1\.958,06 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
