We’re looking for a professional to join our Product Planning division at Renner. You’ll think strategically about our collections and help fulfill our purpose of delighting everyone! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and execute your brand’s commercial planning strategy, ensuring optimal category purchase allocation to achieve balanced merchandise hierarchies and business results; * Define collection strategies and bets jointly with the Product and Style teams; * Measure performance and take action to maximize results, addressing market deviations and demands; * Be accountable for margin, inventory turnover, and planned sales; * Build and ensure the ideal assortment plan jointly with Product and Style teams; * Quantitatively analyze category performance and propose solutions for observed deviations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and AI tools (GPT/Copilot) to enhance deliverables and outcomes; * Prior experience in planning is desirable; * Knowledge of market data analysis; * Proficiency in Power BI and AI tools (GPT/Copilot) to enhance deliverables and outcomes; * Experience managing projects will be considered a plus. **Additional Information** -------------------------- **Work Location: Porto Alegre \- RS** **Work Modality: Hybrid (4 days per week in the office)** **Additional Information** **Learn about our benefits!** * Check eligibility based on your position.
