Come join the Condominiums team at Auxi!** **Responsibilities and duties** This opportunity is to work in a condominium managed by Auxiliadora Predial, located in Balneário Pinhal. The Caretaker is the professional responsible for caretaking functions in apartment buildings, commercial units, and others, promoting cleanliness and maintenance, as well as monitoring compliance with internal regulations, ensuring the building’s hygiene, order, safety, and the well-being of its occupants. * Inspects hallways, yards, areas, and building facilities, checking cleaning needs, repair requirements, elevator operation, electrical and plumbing systems, and other equipment, arranging necessary services, maintaining hygiene of facilities, performing or supervising cleaning tasks, waste removal or incineration, to keep the building in required sanitary conditions. * Performs or arranges general maintenance services, roof repairs, paint touch-ups, registers vehicle entries and exits, controls vehicles in parking areas, and distributes mail. * Replaces light bulbs and fuses, performs minor repairs, and requests qualified personnel for repairs involving pumps, water tanks, fire extinguishers, and elevators, ensuring operational conditions and safety of installations. * Ensures compliance with the building's internal regulations, preventing noise during inappropriate hours and improper use of facilities, reporting arising issues to management to maintain order and promote tenant well-being; manages acquisition, receipt, verification, control, and distribution of consumable and cleaning supplies, based on required services, to prevent interruptions in building sanitation and maintenance processes.
