Opportunity for growth in a dynamic environment Ensure ethical and attentive positioning at the workshop reception toward customers. **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- * Customer service; * Vehicle reception and delivery at the workshop, performing vehicle inspection and checklist in the customer's presence; * Provide customers with information regarding diagnostics, procedures, defined deadlines, clarification of services performed on vehicles, guidance on periodic maintenance and manufacturer-offered services with "closed packages," and existing vehicle issues, among others; * Finalize and obtain customer approval of estimates; * Sell complementary services and accessories; * Control and close open workshop service orders, ensuring proper and complete completion of these documents and that they are duly signed by the customer; * Monitor repair execution; * Identify unperformed or unapproved services; * Deliver the Control Certificate. **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ * Valid Class B driver's license. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Completed high school education. * Technical course in automotive mechanics from SENAI preferred. * Prior experience in this role and knowledge of automotive mechanics desirable. **Additional Information** -------------------------- **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:18 PM **Work Location: Renault \-** BR\-101, 1100, 1100 \- Centro\- Osório \- Rio Grande do Sul **We continuously prioritize our employees' well-being; therefore, here are some benefits we offer to support a healthier and happier life:** Transportation allowance for commuting.
