We seek an organized, communicative, and proactive professional to support workshop service and assist technical consultants in vehicle reception and dispatch processes. **Work Mode: On-site** **Working Hours: Business hours** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive workshop customers and guide service delivery. * Assist technical consultants in receiving customers and vehicles. * Answer phone calls and route inquiries. * Maneuver vehicles when necessary. * Dispatch service orders and vehicles to the workshop. * Monitor vehicle flow and support delivery organization. * Ensure proper execution of repairs and vehicle preparation for delivery. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). * Customer service experience preferred. **Additional Information** * Unimed Health Insurance * Unimed Dental Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Education Assistance * Daycare Assistance We connect people, paths, and achievements through mobility.
