Responsibilities: * Personnel administration: Hiring, terminations, timekeeping maintenance and control, benefits, leaves, and monitoring occupational health and safety processes; * Monitoring and compliance with quotas for PCD (People with Disabilities) and Apprentice Minors; * Distribution and control of uniforms and identification badges; * Recruitment and selection, onboarding, training of new employees, and exit interviews; * Develop internal marketing initiatives in collaboration with corporate HR; * Provide in-person and remote support during the Attraction and Selection process at the SC - Torres, SC Tramandaí, SC Imbé, and SC Capão da Canoa units.
