Join our Market team. **This and all other positions advertised are available for People with Disabilities (PcD)** **Responsibilities and duties** * Register new clients in Bemtevi to ensure correct documentation and data; * Analyze protocols generated in the Bemtevi system to identify pending items and fulfill the purpose of each protocol; * Update internal control spreadsheets to generate performance reports; * Monitor client protocols and appointments to manage the department; * Submit feasibility inquiry requests in Bemtevi; * Submit portability and new DID line requests in Bemtevi; * Record purchase requests in Protheus; * Monitor and process receipt of fiscal invoices for the department. **Requirements and qualifications** **Skills:** Strong communication, organization, and responsibility. **Education:** Completed high school or currently pursuing a university degree in a related field. **Additional information** **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:12 PM to 6:00 PM.
