Job Summary: A professional responsible for inspection and transportation activities, ensuring safety and control of documents and vehicles. Key Highlights: 1. Tax document inspection and control 2. Employee transportation and vehicle safety 3. Vehicle maintenance and inspection Collect tax invoices, delivery notes, CTRC, and other information from tax documents; Verify with the Tax Cell which trucks are authorized to enter; Receive the Tax Cell passport and verify whether tax invoices are listed in the passport; Record in the passport: time of document collection from the driver, then entry time for unloading, and exit time from the mine; Conduct employee transportation using light vehicles across operational units and external routes, serving both administrative and operational areas; Assess cargo safety in vehicles; Implement procedures to ensure passenger safety and comfort; Perform escort duties; Detect mechanical issues in vehicles; Maintain vehicle condition, conduct inspections, and perform maintenance; Check fuel level; Identify vehicle damages; Verify mandatory vehicle equipment; Complete control reports.
