




Job Summary: Responsible for selling products, restocking shelves, organizing the store, and providing customer service in the coffee, fondue, ice cream, and cake sections, while operating the cash register and managing inventory. Cashier operations and inventory management Sell brand products, offering them to customers and providing the best possible assistance. Check store shelves for out-of-stock items and replenish inventory, placing products in appropriate locations. Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and standardization. Provide customer service in the coffee and fondue, ice cream, and cake sections, as well as with other products available in the store. Operate the store cash register, performing opening and closing procedures as required. Organize product inventory by labeling boxes and placing them on shelves for easy location when needed, and conduct monthly inventory counts. Implement PEF policies, processes, and procedures related to: customer service, results, and performance, ensuring smooth operations and excellence of the franchise and its outcomes. Perform other related and inherent duties as directed and requested by the Immediate Supervisor.
