Then this **Operational Support Analyst** opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities and duties** * Provide support to Engineering activities related to parts and technical solutions, acting as a support function for commercial and field teams. * Deliver remote assistance and support to internal and external customers, participating in technical demand analysis, clarification of queries, and recommendation of suitable solutions. * Support accurate specification of parts and technical solutions, ensuring alignment with applications, quality standards, and internal guidelines. * Develop, review, and maintain Recommendation Plans and Recommendation Lists, considering technical, operational, and commercial aspects. * Conduct TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) analyses, evaluating total cost over the product and solution lifecycle to support strategic decisions and commercial proposals. * Consolidate and organize technical information, contributing to process standardization and continuous improvement of parts support activities. * Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments, ensuring alignment among Engineering, Sales, and Services regarding parts support requirements. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree.
