Job Summary: We are seeking a Receptionist for a dental clinic, responsible for customer welcoming, appointment scheduling, client service, cash handling, and environment organization. Reception area and document organization We are looking for a Receptionist to join the team of a dental clinic located in Afogados da Ingazeira/PE. Employment is under CLT regime with a salary of R$ 1.642 + benefits. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. **Responsibilities:** * Welcoming customers, identifying their needs, and triaging them to appropriate departments; * Providing telephone and in-person customer service (e.g., information about services, appointments, etc.); * Managing customer arrival order and directing them to respective service areas; * Building and maintaining dentists’ schedules; * Closing daily production reports for dentists; * Collecting referrals from current customers; * Informing and guiding customers regarding satisfaction surveys; * Handling financial transactions and cash operations: opening and closing the cash register, recording expenses, making deposits; * Issuing invoices upon customer request; * Maintaining a comfortable, clean, and organized reception area; * Organizing and archiving patient files, consent forms, contracts, and other documents; * Managing potential conflicts at the reception desk. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word and Excel) and appointment scheduling systems. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in clinical reception and appointment scheduling; * Familiarity with performance targets (e.g., customer satisfaction, referrals, appointments scheduled, and services delivered). **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Discounts on services; * Performance-based bonus.
