RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Electrician responsible for personnel management in team-based execution of construction works, installations, or maintenance on de-energized or energized electric power distribution networks, utilizing the live-line (direct contact) method, in full compliance with NR10, possessing the necessary competencies for the following duties: Leads the team in executing construction works, installations, and preventive, corrective, and emergency electrical maintenance; operates equipment, switches, or devices without connection to electric power distribution networks; performs vegetation pruning or removal adjacent to distribution networks using appropriate vegetation management techniques. These activities may be carried out on electric power distribution networks with insulation classes of 1.0 kV, 15 kV, 25 kV, and 34.5 kV—either energized (live-line contact method) or de-energized, adhering strictly to the Six Golden Rules: 1st Disconnect, 2nd Lockout, 3rd Test, 4th Ground, 5th Protect, 6th Signal; Acts as the primary guardian of life, disseminates knowledge, provides technical guidance to the team, ensures efficient outcomes with integrity, safety, and quality, and consistently prioritizes the safety of employees, third parties, and assets; Prepares in advance the Work Execution Plan (PEX), detailing all activities to be performed on the distribution network with the team; verifies required documentation, equipment, and tools prior to activity commencement; Plans and supervises subordinates’ work, jointly reviewing and studying the PEX with the team before each activity or service; Communicates and aligns the team with the client’s Operations Center (COD/COI), facilitating demand intake, information reporting, and service delivery on the network; Conducts, together with the subordinate team prior to each activity, a Pre-Task Risk Analysis (APR)—in printed/paper format or digitally via application, if available—and implements corresponding control measures; Ensures enforcement, guidance, and strict compliance with occupational safety rules; fully implements all steps prescribed in NR10 for safe de-energization and intervention on power networks, following the Standard Operating Procedure (POP) established for each activity (as specified in the regional contract); Performs daily individual and collective checklists for the subordinate team; Also conducts vehicle inspections for assigned fleet vehicles, documenting findings and resolving non-conformities immediately with the team, SESMT, warehouse staff, or immediate supervisor—prior to any field execution; Executes tasks in teams comprising two or more employees, organizing individual responsibilities to ensure successful task completion; The subordinate team may include one or more personnel—such as live-line electricians, distribution network electricians, crane truck operators, journeyman electricians, and electrician assistants—and reports directly to an operational supervisor, coordinator, manager, or responsible engineer; Ensures accurate and faithful entry into the work order of all activities performed by the team, materials consumed at the end of each activity, photo quality, and technical evidence, per production control standards, technical notes, or work orders—dispatched and completed either in printed/paper form or via application/software using PDA, tablet, or smartphone; RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3 years’ experience as a live-line electrician; Driver’s license class "C" or "D" is advantageous; Certification as Distribution Network Electrician; Certification as Live-Line Electrician (Direct Contact Technique); Basic NR10 and SEP Certification; NR35 Certification; Minimum education level: completed high school (secondary education); Willingness and availability for travel;
