If you are driven by challenges, enjoy teamwork, and seek a place where your ideas are valued, join us to drive business forward and build the future! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Screen candidates for positions and less complex hiring processes, such as Operational roles, Administrative Assistant and Associate positions. * Support the onboarding process: draft offer letters; request and verify personal documents; enter data into the system to generate employment contracts; arrange access permissions and ID badges. * Manage electronic time tracking and hour bank administration; send emails to managers with hour bank balances; issue and deliver monthly time sheets for employee verification and signature. * Generate time tracking/hour bank integration files for payroll processing. * Prepare spreadsheets to monitor payroll movements and issue reports for verification. * Manage vacation periods: confirm scheduling with managers, update the system, and deliver documents for signature. * Support the offboarding process by preparing termination documents and conducting exit interviews. * Maintain records of completed training sessions. * Keep internal communication tools up to date: email, intranet, company newsletter, and bulletin board. * Support HR projects/programs such as Performance Evaluation, Climate Survey, Breakfast Program, and commemorative events, among others. * Maintain physical and electronic document archives. * Assist with benefits procurement and maintenance, card distribution and tracking, form updates, and contract filing and archiving, among other tasks. * Prepare spreadsheets (experience tracking, benefits, payroll, financial reports, etc.). * Provide HR-related information and support to employees. * Process payments: issue purchase orders (POs), update network systems, and submit requests to Finance and Tax departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Completed High School. Bachelor’s degree in progress in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields is desirable. **Computer Skills:** Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
