




**Requirements:** Completed elementary education; Experience in the field. **Responsibilities:** * Directly attend to customers. Serve customers in the restaurant, pool, bars, lounge, UHs, demonstrating excellence and hospitality. * Stay constantly informed about the menu, its preparation, ingredients, timing, and nutritional value to provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers. * Communicate order details to the kitchen brigade via mobile device. * Perform mise en place and verify that everything complies with service standards. * Serve food and beverage orders. * Inspect cleanliness and presentation of dishes and cutlery, and report any issues to the supervisor. * Set tables and maintain an organized dining area. * Carry out duties in accordance with hygiene, personal appearance, and safety standards as stipulated by Sanitary Surveillance and internal Resort regulations. * Handle sector equipment and utensils properly to prevent damage, breakage, theft, or misuse. * Set up buffets, welcome drinks, and coffee breaks, working according to the number of guests (pax) forecasted by the Head of Service. * Carry work materials such as: pen, lighter, bottle opener, order pad, etc. **Join our team!**
