We offer a corporate environment with equal opportunities that encourages your professional and personal growth, preparing you to become a high-performance professional. **Responsibilities and duties** You will have the opportunity to intern in the Human Resources / Personnel Department to provide support: * In hiring and offboarding processes, assistance in benefits management, special dates, filing and organization, and other demands related to personnel department activities (time tracking and payroll). * Internal support to employees and managers. * Preparation and completion of control spreadsheets, internal communications, and training logistics. * Support in the recruitment process through job posting, resume screening, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and other related HR and PD activities. **Requirements and qualifications** **Education:** Currently enrolled in higher education (from the 2nd or 3rd semester onwards) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Accounting, or related fields. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for spreadsheet control). Intermediate knowledge is desirable.
