Do you want to be part of something truly great while learning extensively, within an environment grounded in ethics, commitment, appreciation, and respect for people? **Then \#JoinEconomart!** **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** --------------------------------- * Prepare doughs and produce bread, rolls, cookies, and other bakery items according to technical specifications and company standards * Operate ovens, mixers, and other bakery equipment * Monitor fermentation and baking time and temperature * Ensure quality, hygiene, and presentation of displayed products * Support sector organization and cleaning in compliance with health surveillance regulations * Monitor ingredient shelf life and assist in bakery inventory replenishment **Therefore, we require you to have:** ----------------------------------------- * Completed elementary education * Proven experience in this role * Knowledge of fermentation techniques and dough preparation * Availability to start immediately and work on rotating shifts **The following would be advantageous:** ----------------------------------------- * Courses in baking or confectionery * Experience producing artisanal bread or natural fermentation * Proficiency in large-scale production (retail/supermarket) **Work Schedule:** ------------------------ Rotating 6x1 schedule (one day off per week and two Sundays off per month) **What You’ll Find at Economart:** ------------------------------------------ * Market-competitive salary * Transportation allowance or fuel voucher * Meal allowance * Morning and afternoon coffee breaks * Dental plan * Life insurance * SESC membership benefits * University partnerships: discounts of up to 80% at select institutions * Professional growth opportunities
