Check out the opportunity we are offering: **Field Technician** **Work Model:** On-site – Fixed-term Contract (1 month) **Work Location:** Ilhéus/BA * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday \| Business hours **Responsibilities:** * Diagnose, perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and laptops. * Replace and install hardware components (memory, HDD/SSD, display, keyboard, expansion cards, etc.). * Perform formatting, configuration, and installation of Windows operating systems and corporate tools. * Provide on-site technical support to users for resolving hardware- and software-related incidents. * Ensure equipment integrity and compliance with information security standards. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Own vehicle and valid driver's license (Category B) for field travel. * Personal laptop. * Smartphone for communication and service recordkeeping. * Basic toolkit for laptop and desktop maintenance. * Minimum of 5 USB flash drives (32GB each) for technical tasks.
