




Work with smaller-sized, lower-value, and less critical accredited providers, providing operational administrative support to accredited providers, maintaining relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, etc., prospecting new accredited providers, presenting advantages and attraction proposals aimed at increasing and expanding the accredited network, assisting in contract preparation, and conducting negotiations and adjustments, keeping records updated, as well as preparing and presenting managerial reports on accreditation results, seeking to maintain and increase service availability for customers and customer satisfaction, working under supervision. **Responsibilities and duties** * Manage smaller-sized, lower-value, and less critical accredited providers. * Prospect doctors, clinics, and hospitals through visits. * Present CNU and its advantages aiming at accreditation. * Conduct visits and contacts with accredited providers. * Verify service quality and identify needs. * Monitor complaints and propose improvements. * Monitor compliance with contractual clauses. * Negotiate or renegotiate adjustments, flows, and decryptions. * Hold meetings with service providers. * Clarify doubts and keep registrations updated. * Evaluate documentation and contracts. * Arrange contract preparation. * Analyze databases and documents according to ANS requirements. * Facilitate the implementation of accredited providers within the CNU Group. * Evaluate and send documents for contract preparation. * Work alongside doctors, clinics, hospitals, and accredited partners. **Requirements and qualifications** 100% in-person position Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 We are responsible for the national operation of health plans under the Unimed brand.
