In this role, you will support coordination in the segment’s administrative routines.**RESPONSIBILITIES** **What you’ll do:** * Directly interact with students and teachers, and facilitate scheduling appointments with families; * Operate systems used (iSAMS, Google Classroom, Agenda Edu, etc.); * Organize segment-related information in spreadsheets; * Prepare meeting minutes; * Assist in organizing school events; * Monitor the coordination budget; * Respond to practical family inquiries via the school’s app; * Support student entry, break times, and dismissal procedures; * Assist in organizing teacher training events and family meetings. *Although we strive to include all major responsibilities and duties associated with this position, certain relevant activities may not be explicitly listed.
