CQ Technician - Mechanical

Job Summary: Perform preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance, identifying and resolving failures, recording interventions, and ensuring workplace safety and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Identify mechanical failures and perform technical diagnostics 2. Support the proposal of improvements to eliminate recurring failures 3. Ensure information traceability and compliance with standards Perform preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance, ensuring identification and resolution of failures. Record interventions to ensure equipment traceability and contribute to process improvements. Work in accordance with safety and quality standards, procedures, and guidelines, promoting a safe and efficient working environment. Responsibilities: * Perform control of corrective mechanical maintenance on machines, equipment, and systems; * Identify mechanical failures and their causes, performing technical diagnostics; * Request parts, components, and mechanical assemblies according to technical specifications and equipment manuals; * Control emergency adjustments and corrective interventions to restore operational conditions; * Support analysis and proposal of improvements to eliminate recurring failures; * Ensure machines and equipment return to appropriate productive operating conditions; * Record performed maintenance and adjustments, ensuring information traceability; * Forward technical records and relevant information to the Engineering department; * Comply with safety standards, internal procedures, and Elevator Management System (SGE) guidelines.
