Your responsibilities: * Clean dishes, utensils, and general kitchen areas; * Organize and prepare food in appropriate containers for self-service, and replenish cutlery, cups, plates, and other utensils as needed; * Assist in preparing sauces and seasonings by mixing and storing ingredients according to the chef's instructions; * Wash and cut food items intended for meals, salads, and desserts; * Participate in the preparation of salads, desserts, teas, and coffees; * Collect and store samples of prepared foods according to internal guidelines; * Receive and check food supplies from the warehouse; in cases of direct supplier deliveries, notify the warehouse so that inventory can be updated accordingly; * Follow company work instructions, safety regulations, and established operational procedures; * Understand and apply quality policies and objectives; * Perform other job-related tasks as required by the department. 2510160202251811389
