Your responsibilities: * Perform cleaning of dishes, utensils, and general kitchen areas; * Organize and prepare food in appropriate containers for self-service, as well as restock cutlery, cups, plates, and other utensils when necessary; * Assist in preparing sauces and seasonings by mixing and storing ingredients according to the chef's instructions; * Clean and cut food items intended for meal preparation, salads, and desserts; * Participate in the preparation of salads, desserts, teas, and coffees; * Collect and store samples of finished food products according to internal guidelines; * Receive and verify food supplies coming from the warehouse; in cases of direct deliveries from suppliers, notify the warehouse so that inventory can be adjusted accordingly; * Follow work instructions, safety regulations, and established operational procedures; * Understand and apply quality policies and objectives; * Carry out other related tasks as required by the department. 2510160202251811390
