This professional performs essential functions to guarantee traffic flow, accurate fare recording, and compliance with toll plaza safety regulations. * Collect toll fees according to vehicle categories and established rates; * Provide user assistance, advising on amounts and payment methods (cash, card, etc.); * Issue and deliver toll payment receipts to users, ensuring accurate transaction records; * Monitor vehicle flow, maintaining smooth traffic circulation at toll booths; * Perform cash exchanges and handle monetary values correctly, ensuring collection accuracy; * Maintain booth and service area organization, keeping the environment clean and safe; * Inform users about traffic conditions, lane closures, or other relevant matters, when necessary; * Comply with safety regulations established for toll plaza operations; * Conduct end-of-shift cash reconciliation, verifying and recording collected amounts. * Attend to customers’ and drivers’ needs courteously and respectfully to ensure a positive service experience. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed elementary education; Availability to work rotating shifts; Strong public service skills, with courtesy and patience; Proficiency in basic arithmetic and handling cash; Ability to manage stressful situations and resolve problems quickly; Knowledge of electronic toll collection systems is an advantage; Familiarity with or experience in revenue collection procedures and cash operations is desirable. **Additional Information** On-site work in Aparecida do Taboado/MS; 2x2 rotating work schedule; Meal allowance; Health insurance; Life insurance; Wellhub (Gympass); Company-provided shuttle transportation. **In our selection processes, everyone is welcome. For the Way-262 concession, Way Brasil partners with investment manager Kinea. **Way-306** Concessionária da Rodovia MS-306 S.A. administers the entire length of MS-306, from km 0 at the MS/MT border to km 218.1 at its junction with BR-158 in Cassilândia (MS), and incorporates 1.4 kilometers of BR-359, from km 0 to the MS/GO border. The highway crosses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia—all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul State. **Way-112** Concessionária das Rodovias do Leste MS S.A. manages the MS-112 highway concession and segments of BR-158 and BR-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS-112 extends 200.5 kilometers from its junction with BR-158 in Três Lagoas to its junction with the same federal highway in Cassilândia. The BR-158 segment under concession runs 193.8 kilometers from MS-306 (Cassilândia) to its junction with MS-444 (Selvíria). The BR-436 segment spans 18.10 kilometers—from its junction with BR-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge—crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way-262** Concessionária da Rodovia BR 262 MG S.A. manages the BR-262 highway concession, covering the stretch from km 360+100—at its junction with BR-381 in Betim—to km 799—at its junction with BR-050 in Uberaba—totaling 438.9 kilometers. This concessioned stretch lies entirely within Minas Gerais State, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, crossing twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba.
