With a track record marked by effective results and diversified involvement across various engineering fields, we continue expanding and seek professionals committed to quality and performance. **Responsibilities and Duties** Implement and comply with Occupational Safety Programs at the construction site; Monitor the periodicity of occupational safety programs; Coordinate the Occupational Safety Technician according to assigned responsibilities as defined in the Job Description; Conduct employee onboarding training; Monitor documentation for Simétrica employees and service providers; Deliver NR06, NR18, NR12, and NR35 training to employees and issue certificates; Promote the establishment of the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA) in accordance with NR 05; Coordinate the SESMT team—Specialized Service in Occupational Safety Engineering and Occupational Medicine—where applicable; Issue hazard assessment reports when required; Issue unhealthy working conditions assessment reports when required; Prepare Work Permits (PT) / Preliminary Risk Analysis (APR), authorized exclusively by the Occupational Safety Engineer; Promote accident prevention and occupational health campaigns; Inspect the construction site daily, identifying safety preventive measures; Oversee the sizing of safety signage at the construction site; Monitor Daily Safety Talks (DDS); Verify documentation related to installation and mandatory preventive maintenance of construction equipment: Rack-and-pinion Elevator, Mini Crane, Tower Crane, Suspended Platform, Suspended Chair, Facade Scaffold, and other equipment as required under NR regulations. Request potability test report for water; Request design documentation for temporary electrical connections + ART; Request grounding for construction equipment, metal fencing, containers, and others; request measurement report for grounding points + ART. Monitor the preventive maintenance plan for machinery; Approve the Construction Site Risk Map; Approve the Emergency Response Plan (PAE); Develop fire extinguisher allocation plan for the construction site; Conduct Fire Brigade training; Monitor monthly completion of PPE records for Simétrica employees and service providers; Prepare Accident Reports, where applicable; Ensure the safety and occupational health of all employees; Receive inspections conducted by public agencies and/or clients; Prepare monthly accommodation reports for Simétrica employees and service providers, highlighting discrepancies and tracking corrective actions; Develop safety indicators; Monitor stock levels of PPEs and collective protective equipment (EPC) at the construction site; Responsible for compliance with LGPD—the General Data Protection Law—regarding employee data; Hold monthly meetings with the QSMS Coordination team, highlighting critical and favorable points. Perform related duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety Engineering or Engineering with specialization in Occupational Safety (postgraduate degree or MBA). **Registration:** Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy (CREA), with registered specialization in Occupational Safety. **Additional Information** Competitive market-based salary.
