Learn more about our brand at: dex.co **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and develop supplier quality qualification methods; * Implement innovation and continuous improvement projects, including Design to Value, cost reduction, and quality enhancement; * Conduct product and process audits; * Provide technical support to Production to resolve issues, reduce scrap/rework, and enhance operational capability; * Define and standardize production processes through technical documentation (e.g., Manufacturing Routings, Process Sheets); * Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and certifications via process management and internal/external audits; * Generate management reports and support decision-making based on quality and efficiency indicators; * Conduct internal and external training on quality management to promote best practices; * Identify and implement new tools and continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization and innovation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related fields; * Experience with SAP system and project management is desirable; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * ISO 9001 Auditor certification; * Intermediate English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing). **Additional Information** Aligned with our organizational culture, we **care for life wherever it may be**.
