Ready to join this team? #VemSerAssaí **Responsibilities and Duties** **Activities:** * Serve as a technical specialist responsible for store building and equipment maintenance. * Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical systems, and basic refrigeration equipment principles. * Ensure optimal operation of store machinery and equipment to prevent issues affecting productivity/sales. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment (e.g., hydraulic carts, scales, freezers, etc.) as well as on the power generator. * Carry out electrical work and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on distribution networks and lines. * Monitor store infrastructure, replacing light bulbs and performing minor repairs for leaks, clogs, and similar issues. * Notify the Store Manager when damaged equipment requires specialized third-party maintenance. * Supervise maintenance services performed by external contractors to verify quality and conduct tests ensuring full equipment functionality. Proven experience in building maintenance with leadership responsibilities.
