Ready to join this team? #VemSerAssaí **Responsibilities and duties** **Activities:** * Closing electronic timekeeping records * Generating discrepancy reports * Recording working hours, logging absences and medical certificates, monthly closing * Employee support, management, and delivery of benefits * Administration of admissions, dismissals, exit interviews, overtime, and employee schedules * Monitoring all HR processes in stores * Listening to and advising employees, as well as supporting store HR managers and supervisors with store-related requests * Supporting onboarding activities * Supporting the organization of events for special dates * Managing uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) Proven experience handling personnel department routines, including electronic timekeeping registration and processing, admissions, vacations, terminations, and benefits. **Requirements and qualifications** **Education:** Technical education completed or undergraduate studies in progress preferred.
