YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Greet customers arriving at the parking facility; • Identify whether customers are registered users (sticker displayed on vehicle’s rearview mirror), monthly subscribers, or residents; * Verify cash drawer balance at the start of your shift; * Operate cash register equipment in garages and parking facilities (issuing entry and exit tickets for vehicles); * Manually issue vehicle entry tickets (recording license plate number, brand, and model); * Safely and prudently maneuver vehicles to their designated parking spots (in accordance with the parking facility’s established standards); * Deliver vehicles to customers; * Organize vehicle storage within the garage; * Always remain attentive; * Promptly report to the Supervisor any refusal to present credentials; * Complete the shift-end cash reconciliation report. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: * Completed elementary education; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (CNH) category B; * Proficiency/knowledge operating both manual and automatic transmission vehicles; * Teamwork and collaboration; * Engagement; * Productivity and efficiency; * Customer-oriented mindset. Employment Type: Permanent – CLT Work Schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off (including weekly rest days and one Sunday per month) – We have openings for all shifts due to our 24/7 operations.
