




Job Summary: A professional providing scientific and technical support to clients, mediating laboratory-related requests, and improving processes, with a focus on specialized service. Collaboration with multiple departments to drive continuous improvement Scientific Customer Support Provide specialized technical support to clients, physicians, and healthcare units. Guide patients, specimen collection, specimen stability, transportation, methodologies, and technical criteria for tests. Support basic technical interpretation of results (non-diagnostic in nature). Serve as the interface between clients and operational departments for technical clarifications. 2\.2 Technical Request Mediation and Resolution Address questions and incidents related to laboratory tests. Facilitate communication among clients, customer service, and technical departments. Support investigation of pre- and post-analytical incidents. Prepare structured technical feedback for internal and external clients. 2\.3 Quality Support and Process Improvement Contribute to root cause analysis of events and opportunities for improvement. Support standardization of technical guidance and educational materials. Participate in reviewing workflows, SOPs, and technical guidance related to scientific support. 2\.4 Institutional Interface Collaborate with technical, quality, logistics, IT, and customer service departments. Support internal and external training on laboratory-related topics. Participate in technical meetings with strategic clients, as required. 3\. Scope of Practice (Governance) **The professional does NOT perform:** Technical release of test reports. Analytical validation of results. Signing of test reports. Diagnostic decision-making. 4\. Mandatory Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science with specialization in Clinical Laboratory Analysis. Active registration with CRBM. Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical laboratories. Prior experience in technical customer support for laboratory services. Solid knowledge of pre- and post-analytical processes. Familiarity with LIS systems.
