Apply Lean and continuous improvement methodologies Main Responsibilities * Process Mapping and Redesign Map operational workflows across pre\-analytical, analytical, and post\-analytical stages. Identify bottlenecks, waste, and operational risks. Lead process redesign and standardization projects. Develop flowcharts, operating instructions, and standard operating methods. * Continuous Improvement and Operational Efficiency Apply Lean, PDCA, 5S, and other continuous improvement tools. Support initiatives to reduce TAT and optimize workflows. Develop productivity and quality enhancement initiatives. Support implementation of best operational practices across units. * Capacity Planning and Sizing Conduct team sizing studies (FTE). Balance workloads, equipment utilization, and routine schedules. Analyze productive capacity of departments and equipment. Contribute to expansion planning and opening of new units. * KPIs and Data Analysis Build dashboards and operational KPIs. Monitor productivity, efficiency, TAT, and operational costs. Provide analytical insights for decision-making. Support governance and routine KPI review processes. * Project Management Lead operational improvement and transformation projects. Oversee implementation of new equipment, technologies, and workflows. Develop project schedules, goals, and deliverables. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to execute projects. * Cross\-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with Quality, Operations, IT, Logistics, Customer Service, and Management teams. Support process standardization across units and departments. Participate in strategic and operational continuous improvement meetings. * Mandatory Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in process or operational improvement. Knowledge of Lean tools and continuous improvement methodologies. Experience in data and KPI analysis. Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with analytical tools. Experience in project management. * Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare, clinical laboratories, or related fields. Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt). Knowledge of BPM and process mapping. Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Experience in unit expansion or implementation. Knowledge of operational costs and productivity.
