Job Summary: The IRLA Technician is responsible for installation, maintenance, technical support, and customer service at an internet service provider, ensuring connectivity and user satisfaction. Provides customer support and configures network equipment The IRLA Technician is the professional responsible for installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, technical support, and customer service for an internet service provider, both on-site and remotely. Works directly on network quality, ensuring connectivity, stability, and user satisfaction. **Requirements:** * Basic to intermediate knowledge of computer networks and TCP/IP protocols; * Customer service skills; * Driver’s license category AB (desirable); * Availability for shift work. * **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with fiber optic and/or radio installation and maintenance. * **Responsibilities:** * Perform fiber optic internet installations; * Conduct technical repairs in cases of connection failure or instability; * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on network equipment (ONU, routers, switches, etc.); * Configure internet access and local area network (LAN/Wi-Fi) equipment; * Guide customers on proper use of services and equipment; * Record customer interactions and services performed in the system; * Support the technical team in network testing and monitoring; * Ensure safety, organization, and quality of installations and cabling. * **Benefits:** * Meal allowance (V.R); * Salary advance; * Commission; * Telemedicine; * TotalPass; * Internet plan with 50% discount after the probation period; * Birthday day off. * Professional growth opportunity
