Job Summary:
As a Senior Administrative Analyst, you will be responsible for various administrative controls, providing direct support to coordination with departmental information and team management, as well as handling purchase requisitions, contract management, and supporting budget preparation.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
As a **Senior Administrative Analyst**, your responsibilities will include:
Administrative controls for fleet, telecommunications, furniture, layouts, and buildings—including registration, monitoring, inventory, physical inspections, warehouse material control and distribution.
Providing direct support to coordination with sector-specific information on procedures, reports, controls, and improvement studies and new opportunities—including team management and departmental activities support.
Processing purchase requisitions, payment requests, and supplier registration.
Managing contracts and measurements, and controlling order balances.
Supporting and reporting statistical data for budget preparation across other departments (e.g., general fleet and telecommunications costs, and other administrative expenses).
**Requirements and Qualifications**
It is essential that you have:
Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Driver’s License – Category B.
