




Receive meat pieces intended for sale, checking specifications (weight, expiration date); Perform deboning, cutting, and packaging of meats using appropriate utensils, in accordance with the company’s established yield, hygiene, and safety standards; Serve customers courteously at the counter, cutting, grinding, and slicing meats, performing weighing, packaging, and pricing; Periodically prepare special cuts according to demand, recipes, or supervisor instructions, handling, pricing, packaging, and making them available for sale; Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
