




We are looking for a hands-on professional to provide **user technical support and assistance (Levels N1 and N2)**. We seek someone communicative, organized, and highly motivated to learn and grow within the infrastructure area. **Responsibilities:** * Experience in User Support (N1/N2): user assistance, incident logging and prioritization, structured troubleshooting. * Office/Spreadsheet tools. * Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, connectivity testing. * Strong written and verbal communication skills; organization and sense of priority. **Requirements:** * Experience in User Support (N1/N2): user assistance, incident logging and prioritization, structured troubleshooting. * Office/Spreadsheet tools. * Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, connectivity testing. * Strong written and verbal communication skills; organization and sense of priority. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Linux Ubuntu or FreeBSD (command line, packages, services). * SQL (SELECT/JOIN/GROUP BY, basic understanding of indexes and backup/restore). * Monitoring (Netdata/Zabbix/Prometheus). * Security: SSH keys, basic hardening, sound backup practices.
