Senior Warehouse Manager Position Description: We are seeking a Senior Warehouse Manager to control and assist in managing the company's spare parts inventory. The Senior Warehouse Manager is responsible for coordinating warehouse activities, ensuring inventory control, receipt and distribution of John Deere parts, products and accessories. Additionally, this role involves leading the team, ensuring site organization and safety. This professional works strategically to optimize processes and ensure operational efficiency. Responsibilities: * Coordinate warehouse activities, ensuring control of material and supply inventories. * Receive, inspect and store materials according to established procedures. * Distribute materials to requesting departments, ensuring correct allocation and system registration. * Lead the warehouse staff team, guiding and monitoring daily activities. * Conduct periodic inventories to ensure inventory accuracy and identify possible discrepancies. * Prepare management reports with warehouse performance indicators. * Implement improvements in material receipt, storage and distribution processes. * Ensure warehouse organization and cleanliness, complying with occupational health and safety regulations. * Proactively resolve problems and identify opportunities for optimization. * Interact with suppliers and carriers to ensure supply chain efficiency. * Participate in meetings and training sessions for internal procedure updates and alignment.
