As stewards of user understanding, our team leverages primary and secondary data to listen to our audience, identify their pain points and perceptions, and connect these insights to key business metrics. We translate complex research findings into clear, practical language, guiding strategic decision-making across the organization. Role Responsibilities: * Assist in research planning, implementation, report preparation, and results analysis; * Manage day-to-day execution of essential company-wide research initiatives aimed at understanding user behavior—including survey design, programming, and initial data structuring; * Support analytical efforts enabling teams to clearly identify business problems and their potential solutions and impacts; * Assist managers in organizing payments to Research and Intelligence vendors.
