What qualifications are ideal:
* Completed high school education.
* Knowledge of warehouse routines and inventory control;
* Driver's license - Category B;
* NR 01 Integration / Work Order;
* NR 07 Respiratory Protection Program;
* NR 11 Forklift;
* NR 20 - Flammable Substances;
* NR 35 - Working at Heights.
What challenges does this role entail:
* Controlling the inflow and outflow of goods in the warehouse;
* Verifying received goods against invoices and the company's internal system;
* Receiving and inspecting bags and pallets according to the Work Instruction applicable at both headquarters and branch locations;
* Receiving and inspecting additives according to the Work Instruction applicable at both headquarters and branch locations;
* Organizing received goods within the warehouse;
* Operating a forklift during receipt of packaging and pallets;
* Refueling diesel loaders, machinery, and generators;
* Receiving diesel fuel and gases in compliance with safety regulations;
* Participating in periodic bag inventories to reconcile physical and accounting stock levels at both headquarters and branch locations;
* Receiving and entering invoices (DANFE) into the system;
* Fulfilling material requisitions from across the company (delivering materials or forwarding requests to the procurement department as needed);
* Issuing orders and transferring bags between headquarters and branch locations;
* Unrolling and opening truck lids for bag receipt;
* Entering service invoices into the system after approval by maintenance or the requesting party;
* Supporting maintenance by supplying materials and tools, including recording inventory deductions per system requisition (at the warehouse and at the storage area adjacent to the Labeling Center);
* Sorting used materials received from other departments and delivered to the warehouse for proper disposition;
* Assisting in inventory control by requesting replenishment when stock falls below the company-defined minimum level;
* Accounting for purchase requisitions by allocating costs to respective company departments.
