**Responsibilities:**
* Perform truck and equipment checklist according to internal procedures;
* Carry out technical procedures for loading, mixing, transportation, unloading, and cleaning;
* Clean the concrete mixer and adjust concrete slump at the batching platform;
* Conduct mortar control tests after loading and mixing, and before departure for delivery;
* Present the invoice to the construction site supervisor and collect the supervisor's signature on the delivery receipt;
* Conduct slump test before concrete discharge;
* Submit the properly completed delivery receipt to the unit supervisor;
* Collect a sample from the load for manufacturing concrete test specimens (CPS);
* Clean the vehicle according to Group internal procedures;
* Achieve fuel consumption averages as specified in Group internal procedures;
* Present the vehicle for lubrication according to the checklist periodicity;
* Break concrete in the slump cone according to safety standards and procedures, when required;
* Replace the tachograph and notify the fleet supervisor upon identifying issues;
* Signal the parking location of the truck according to instructions provided during SESMT training;
* Perform wet ballast procedure according to the plant operator's guidance;
* Perform other duties related to the position.
**Requirements:**
* Valid Brazilian driver's license category C or D;
* Flexibility regarding working hours;
* Experience operating heavy vehicles;
* Operational profile, commitment, and good communication skills;
* Willingness to travel when necessary;
* Residency in the region.
**You will stand out if you have:**
* Prior experience in this role;
* Basic knowledge of civil construction;
* Defensive driving and MOPP training certificates;
* Basic knowledge of heavy vehicle maintenance.
Employment Type: Permanent CLT
Salary: R$3,000.00 - R$4,000.00 per month
