**ROTA SMART**, a reference in **Security and Technology**, is seeking an **Incident Response Agent** to join its operational team. We are looking for committed, agile professionals focused on customer service and security.
### **Requirements**
* Experience with motorcycles, security activities, or customer service is desirable;
* Ability to solve problems and perform under pressure;
* Basic knowledge of technology tools;
* Availability to work on a **12x36 shift schedule or 7h20m workday**, during day or night shifts;
* **Driver's license categories AB**.
### **Main Responsibilities**
* Perform site visits according to scheduled routes;
* Conduct patrols, surveillance, and monitoring of designated areas;
* Provide support and guidance to customers whenever necessary;
* Act preventively and reactively to contribute to customer safety.
