Monitors connections and provides water supply and sewage services COMMERCIAL AGENT (METER READER) Provides customer service and commercial operational support. Conducts connection inspections, meter readings, bill deliveries and notifications, water meter replacements, service disconnections and reconnections (except in Manaus), installment arrangements, and customer record updates. Reports fraud, leaks, and irregularities; offers water supply and sewage collection services; monitors connections; and maintains direct contact with customers. Complies with regulations and operates vehicles safely. Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) Desired Education: High School (Secondary Education) Driver's License: Class B
