Supervise inspections, adjustments, cleaning, sanitization, and sterilization of equipment as required. Ensure machines are operationally ready and meet required quality standards. Monitor and ensure proper supply of inputs and products used in the department. Supervise organization and cleanliness of the production area. Control and monitor inventory of cleaning materials used in routine departmental activities. Ensure departmental activities are performed according to steps outlined in Work Instructions (WIs).
