It covers all operations at a manufacturing or blending facility, from raw material handling to final product. **Position Description \| Responsibilities** --------------------------------------------- * Monitor equipment operation and conduct monitoring in the assigned area, following departmental procedures; * Perform 5S activities in your area and other parts of the plant as required; * Clean equipment using hammers, levers, shovels, rakes, and other tools; * Report area deviations to the immediate supervisor, complying with all safety, environmental, and quality procedures; * Conduct work safely and in accordance with instructions, standards, and YARA’s management principles, fostering and ensuring a high level of safety awareness at the plant; * Ensure operations are carried out in compliance with current Operational Instructions in the Integrated Management System (SGI); * Label fertilizer packaging; * Control correct weight per package and per production batch; perform sampling verification for products and raw materials; inspect and ensure packaging quality for bagging; * Sample products and raw materials before and during loading; verify and ensure quality of bagged products, promptly notifying the Panel Operator and Supervisor of any deviations; * Perform plant cleaning and organization, maintaining a high housekeeping standard; minimize spills; identify and repair leaks; avoid excess sweepings and general waste generation; * Ensure proper functioning of all production unit equipment, requesting maintenance services when necessary; * Identify opportunities and implement actions for continuous performance improvement. **Profile \| Education and Knowledge** -------------------------------------- * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in the field is desirable; * Collaborative mindset, initiative, curiosity, ownership mentality, and respect for diversity. **Additional Information** -------------------------- At Yara, you will find an environment that values diversity and is open to welcoming people of all disabilities, genders, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and mindsets.
