Unicred Eleva is seeking an intern to support the Legal \- Operations department, providing assistance to the department’s administrative routines. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support administrative and operational routines of the cooperative’s legal department; * Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts, notices, and other legal documents; * Monitor and track procedural deadlines and internal requests; * Support registration, updating, and archiving of documents and cases in internal systems; * Assist in documentary analysis related to credit operations, guarantees, and credit recovery; * Conduct research on applicable legislation, case law, and legal interpretations relevant to the cooperative’s needs; * Support internal departments by addressing operational and documentary questions; * Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and performance indicators for the legal department; * Support monitoring of third-party law firms, filing procedures, and case developments; * Contribute to legal compliance controls and document governance; * Support activities related to collections, debt renegotiation, dation in payment, and enforcement of guarantees; * Participate in process improvement and workflow organization projects for the department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in a Law degree program; * Availability to intern for two years under an in-person arrangement. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Internship stipend; Transportation allowance; Meal voucher; Birthday day off; Annual vaccination campaign, at no cost to the intern.
