Join a company that loves transforming with technology and embraces diversity in all its forms! **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities and Duties Guide the Squad, defining strategies for executing requirements; Participate in and lead technical meetings regarding solutions and provide technical oversight of the team; Propose and/or guide the design of architectural solutions; Assess and mitigate technical risks; Manage deadlines and ensure delivery quality; Work to remove blockers faced by developers; Define standards and best practices for the team; Align with product peers and other technical leaders; Plan and support deployments, as well as post-deployment monitoring; Stimulate the team’s technical development. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, Computer Engineering, or related fields; Experience as a Software Architect or Tech Lead; Experience in cloud environments, especially Azure; Hands-on experience developing with C# in .NET Core; Experience in microservices and event-driven architecture; Knowledge of Design Patterns and programming best practices (SOLID); Strong communication skills and ability to manage conflicts and expectations; Experience with Agile methodologies and collaborative development tools; Experience with tools focused on messaging and event architectures; Experience with Azure Service Bus and Azure Event Hub is a plus; Experience integrating APIs; Experience with Azure API Management (APIM) is a plus; Practical experience with CI/CD via pipelines and automated processes; Experience with Azure Pipelines is a plus BACHELOR’S DEGREE – COMPLETED **Additional Information** Want to learn more about us and join the team building the future? **\#VemSerSpreader** **Transforming the World with Technology** We are nearly 2,500 Spreaders, distributed across 22 Brazilian states through Spread Anywhere—which enables us to work **100% remotely**, depending on the contract model.
