Friendly and satisfactory customer service **Job Description** * Monitor cash operators' work operationally and provide necessary support for executing billing routines. * Resolve various customer service and billing issues at cash registers, escalating decisions as required. * Supervise the approval/denial of purchases requiring verification before customer release. * Perform cash collection from cash registers. * Provide courteous, friendly, and satisfactory customer service. **Working Hours** Monday to Saturday, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 9:40 PM. Sundays on rotating schedule. **Prerequisites** * Must be over 18 years of age. * Prior experience with cash handling and customer service. * High school diploma.
