We are a global company that values diversity, ambition, and a collaborative, empowering mindset, offering our employees all the support needed to make their careers as rewarding as possible. **Job Description** --------------------- Receive, inspect, store, pick, and ship materials to meet customer requirements at their advanced stations. **Requirements** -------------- * Completed high school education * Logistics knowledge preferred * Experience handling data collectors is a plus * Basic Excel knowledge preferred * Flexible working hours * Availability to work in shifts * Easy access to RGE Santo Ângelo **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Perform counting for received, shipped, and picked items to meet delivery, shipping, and picking demands of customer teams. * Operate forklifts when certified by DHL; use customer equipment where EA is required to move materials within the warehouse and deliver materials to customer teams. * Conduct stock item counts during rotating and annual inventories to ensure warehouse accuracy and meet customer requests. * Enter invoices into the system using SAP for material receipt. * Responsible for cyclic inventory of the Advanced Station; control/weigh scrap and request sales; monitor material inflow and outflow to improve accuracy in quarterly inventories, as well as weigh scrap discarded by teams for sale and schedule collection by third-party companies. * Maintain updated discrepancy reporting; ensure timely system adjustments; all materials withdrawn by teams must be properly accounted for in SAP to resolve system discrepancies. * Confirm PTs within the pre\-established timeframe; resolve system-related issues for materials dispatched via route within 48 hours. * Attend trainings and calls regularly; complete safety pyramids; participate in weekly calls and submit safety pyramid reports to prevent incidents/accidents during operational activities. * Stretch-wrap and label pallets for return shipments via return freight; materials returned to the DC must be placed on standardized pallets with proper identification and stretch-wrapping to avoid safety risks and material damage. * Analyze/correct transformer serial numbers for shipment to refurbishment facilities; create reverse orders for transformers, meters, and scrap; generate reports on equipment removed from the network by the customer for shipment to refurbishment facilities. * Analyze MB51 and post results to CPFL SharePoint; perform daily inventory updates for posting on CPFL SharePoint; implement customer-established inventory control processes to enhance accuracy and track material inflow/outflow against the base’s accounting balance. * Track meters by serial number; reprocess automatic STC write-off exceptions; monitor meter dwell time in vehicles and TA. * Stock, register, and monitor usage of meter cages; supply kits containing materials and meters so customer teams can perform their tasks. * Follow quality procedures—keep the workplace clean and organized—and conduct audits to comply with company and customer standards. * Follow occupational safety procedures—assess and use uniforms and PPE appropriately—to comply with company and customer health, safety, and environmental regulations.
