Our mission is to improve our clients’ results through efficient visual communication capable of enhancing people’s safety, promoting well-being, improving perception, and thereby increasing the value of their brands. **POSITION AVAILABLE IN ILHA COMPRIDA** **Job Responsibilities:** * Online and in-person meetings for review, planning, and presentation, as well as PCP (Production Control Planning) meetings; * Customer service via WhatsApp, Skype, telephone, Google Drive, and/or email; * Technical visits to clients for face-to-face service and project alignment; * Maintain relationships with clients ranging from small to large enterprises, aiming to meet their needs in the best possible way; * Register and update customer information in the Ajors system; * Verify service orders; * Request quotations from suppliers and third-party contractors; * Quantify materials; * Calculate selling prices; * Place material orders with the purchasing department; * Prepare briefings and post them on Trello so the creative team can access client requests; * Monitor internal creative and production processes—including layout design, projects, installation scheduling, and non-in-person installation follow-up; * Inspect materials and send photos and videos to clients; * Ship products via postal service or freight carrier when necessary; * Track products to ensure attentive and efficient after-sales service; * Prepare post-installation reports; * Monitor and register bids and public tenders. **Minimum Requirements:** * Experience in commercial/sales roles; **Desirable Qualifications:** * Experience preparing quotations; * Familiarity with the Trello system; * Familiarity with the Ajors system;
